Quality Assurance Engineer - ES

Your role

As a Quality Assurance Engineer-ES, your mission is to Product Company (PC) - Talegaon is on a mission "To be recognized as a benchmark product company in the Atlas Copco Group". You will report to Dnyanesh Bhumkar.

Main Responsibilities:

• Ensure quality assurance activities of ES projects along with team for zero defect products to customers


• For the quality issues observed on production line, focus on Root Cause analysis & resolution with effective communication


• Raise red flags in time to the team in case suppliers are not responding and following correct processes


• More focus on B3 machines quality including supplier issues, monitoring CAPA for B3 orders.


• SOP preparation of specific processes related to ES orders.


• Drive the Quality Improvement Programs with the suppliers.


• Monitoring project ITP stages with customer or TPI involvement for witness activity of inspection


• Close co-ordination with project, engineering, sourcing and vendors for timely delivery with desired quality

To succeed, you will need

KNOWLEDGE/ EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:

University engineering degree in relevant field & degree in management will be an additional asset.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:

• +3 years of experience in Quality/ Production / Project

• Fluent in English, Hindi & Marathi

• Excellence in IT tools like ERP (BPCS), MES, Office 365.
