Quality Assurance Representative 12 PM - 9 PM Pacific shift ONLY FOR FRESHERS

We are hiring a Quality Assurance Representative to audit customer calls and ensure service quality. The role involves listening to calls, leaving clear notes, and providing feedback to help improve team performance.

Responsibilities:

• Audit recorded calls for quality, compliance, and communication standards.
• Document observations and maintain accurate QA reports.
• Share constructive feedback to improve performance.

• Good English (written & spoken).
• Strong listening and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Prior QA or call auditing experience is a plus (not mandatory).
• Must be available for the 12 PM – 9 PM Pacific shift, 6 days a week.
