We are seeking a highly skilled QA Tester to join our growing team. As a QA Tester, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of software products by understanding, suggesting, and implementing testing design patterns, creating test dashboards, managing releases, and conducting functional testing.

Responsibilities

• Testing Design Patterns: Understand, suggest, and implement testing design patterns to enhance testing processes and frameworks.
• Test Dashboards: Create and maintain comprehensive test dashboards to provide visibility into testing progress, results, and quality metrics.
• Release Management: Collaborate with development and operations teams to manage software releases, ensuring timely and smooth deployments.
• Functional Testing: Conduct thorough functional testing to ensure software functionalities meet the required specifications and quality standards.
• Test Automation: Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium, Specflow, and other relevant tools.
• API Testing: Perform API testing using Postman to validate functionality, performance, and security.
• Performance Testing: Utilize JMeter, Blazemeter, or Neoload to conduct performance testing, identify bottlenecks, and ensure scalability.
• Test Documentation: Document test cases, test plans, and test results in Jira XRay.
• Continuous Integration: Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using TeamCity to automate testing and deployment processes.
• Defect Tracking: Log, track, and manage defects in Jira, ensuring timely resolution and verification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Skill set proficiency:
• C# and .Net
• Selenium
• SpecFlow
• Postman
• Jira XRay
• TeamCity
• JMeter / Blazemeter / NeoLoad
• ISTQB Certified Tester or equivalent certifications.
• Experience with agile methodologies and working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
