This role demands a meticulous and technically sound individual who can lead comprehensive quality audits across the solar project lifecycle—from procurement to power generation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth quality audits for all inward materials used in solar power installations.

• Audit implementation, execution, and commissioning phases of solar energy projects to ensure compliance with design specifications, technical standards, and regulatory guidelines.

• Evaluate and report on forecasted vs. actual energy generation to identify gaps and recommend corrective actions.

• Verify and audit engineering documentation, including drawings, BOQs, test reports, and quality records.

• Provide timely and detailed audit reports, highlighting non-conformities and suggesting areas for process improvements.

• Collaborate with project, procurement, and technical teams to close quality gaps and ensure project success.

Candidate Profile:

• Qualification: Degree in Electrical Engineering (B.E./B.Tech)

• Experience: 8–10 years of hands-on experience in quality auditing specific to solar power or renewable energy infrastructure projects.

• Industry Expertise: Strong understanding of RE solar project lifecycle, quality assurance protocols, and best practices.

• Skills:

  • Knowledge of national/international standards applicable to solar installations.

  • Strong analytical, reporting, and documentation skills.

  • Eye for detail, process-oriented mindset, and ability to work cross-functionally.
