Quality Control - Microbiology

This position shall be responsible for micro sample analysis and adherence of cGMP compliance as per Sun Pharma Quality Standards for Quality Control Laboratory at Drug Substance Manufacturing site.

Essential Job Functions:

Purified water, Raw water, Potable water and Process water sampling and analysis.

Microbial limit test (MLT) analysis for finished products.

Microbiology Lab Instrument Calibration.

Environmental monitoring.

Trend preparation for Water and Environmental monitoring.

LAF and BCWS performance and checking.

TOC instrument handling.

Media preparation and consumption record maintenance.

Bacterial endotoxin test analysis.

Sample registration in LIMS.

To co-ordinate and prepare the training related requirements and ensuing its compliance.

Other activities entrusted from time to time.
