Quality Controller

• Data Accuracy & Integrity: Ensure data is accurate, complete, and consistent across systems.
  
• Data Validation: Perform routine checks to identify and correct discrepancies or errors in datasets.
  
• Quality Assurance Testing: Develop and execute tests to evaluate data quality, and implement quality standards.
  
• Data Cleaning: Identify and remove corrupt, inaccurate, or irrelevant data.
  
• Reporting: Generate reports on data quality metrics and improvement plans.
  
• Collaboration: Work closely with data analysts, engineers, and other teams to resolve data quality issues.
  
• Automation: Implement tools and scripts to automate repetitive data quality checks.
  
• Documentation: Maintain documentation on quality assurance processes, issues, and resolutions.
  
• Continuous Improvement: Recommend improvements to data collection and processing systems to enhance data quality.
  
• Compliance & Standards: Ensure data adheres to relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  
• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in quality checks within the Web or Market Research domain.
  
• Exceptional computer skills with high proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  
• Excellent typing skills with a keen eye for detail.
  
• Strong focus on quality control — no error gets past you, and you strive to ensure complete accuracy in reporting and deliverables.
  
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  
• Proven ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple priorities while meeting tight deadlines.
  
• Adaptable and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
