Quality Engineer

Establish, monitor, and enforce strict Quality Assurance checks across CNC/VMC machining centers, drop forging hammers, and heat -treatment units.

Independently handle automotive core tools, including PPAP (Production Part Approval Process), APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning), FMEA, and Control Plans for new component development.

Troubleshoot floor rejections and customer complaints using structured problem -solving methodologies (8D Reports, 5 -Why Analysis, Fishbone Diagrams).

Calibrate and skillfully operate precision measurement tools including CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine), Vernier calipers, micrometers, air gauges, contour tracers, and profile projectors.

Supervise forging layout inspections, detect surface defects (cracks, laps, scale pits), and monitor metallurgical heat -treatment metrics (Hardness testing, grain structure alignment).

Represent the company during external OEM client audits, maintain documentation for IATF 16949 / ISO 9001 standards, and evaluate incoming raw material quality from vendors.
