Job Description - Quality Engineer Full Stack (Agentic AI / Python)

Hiring: Quality Engineer – Full Stack (Agentic AI / Python)

Locations: Bangalore | Kolkata

Experience: 7+ Years

We are looking for a highly skilled Quality Engineer with strong experience in Full Stack testing and modern AI -driven applications, especially Python -based Agentic AI systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and execute test strategies for Python -based Agentic AI applications

Validate multi -agent systems, RAG pipelines, and autonomous workflows

Build automated testing frameworks using Pytest, Unittest, Behave, or Robot Framework

Develop mocking and simulation environments for multi -agent interactions

Create integration tests for agents, retrievers, APIs, and ML components

Design data -driven test cases for varied AI inputs and outputs

Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins / GitHub Actions / GitLab)

Ensure quality validation of AI models, prompts, and API responses

Required Skills:

â 7+ years of QA / Full Stack testing experience

â Strong Python automation testing experience

â Experience with Agentic AI / AI -based applications (RAG, LLM workflows)

â Hands -on with test frameworks like Pytest / Robot Framework / Behave

â Experience in API testing and integration testing

â CI/CD pipeline integration experience

â Strong analytical and debugging skills

Important Notes:

• Candidate must be available for Face -to -Face interview at IBM location if required

• Day 1 reporting from Date of Joining is mandatory

• Locations: Bangalore / Kolkata
