Quality Manager/ Asst. Quality Manager/ Deputy Quality Manager

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Public Health, Biomedical Sciences, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in quality assurance, regulatory compliance, or audit management within a healthcare setting.
  
• Proven expertise in NABH and JCI accreditation standards with hands -on experience in preparing for and achieving accreditation.
  
• Certified in Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt) or Lean Management with demonstrated project leadership.
  
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and other quality management systems relevant to healthcare.
  
• Exceptional organizational, documentation, and analytical skills with proficiency in quality management software and MS Office Suite.
  
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  
• Demonstrated leadership experience in managing teams, conducting training sessions, and driving cultural change.
  
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet strict deadlines.
  
• Willingness to travel occasionally for audits, training, or accreditation visits.
