We are looking for a detail-focused and results-oriented Quick Commerce Executive to oversee daily operations on quick commerce platforms. This position involves maintaining catalog accuracy, monitoring sales performance, implementing visibility strategies, and coordinating inventory to foster sustainable growth while ensuring smooth platform functionality.

Key Responsibilities

• Operations Management: Supervise daily activities across Q-commerce platforms, including prompt processing of Purchase Orders (POs) and maintaining high fill rates. Ensure efficient order processing and proactively address operational challenges.
• Inventory & Catalog Management: Keep inventory levels optimal to prevent stockouts and overstocking. Manage and enhance product listings—including images, descriptions, pricing, and attributes—to ensure accuracy and maximize visibility on platforms.
• Account & Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with platform account managers to promote visibility and growth efforts. Establish strong relationships with internal teams such as logistics, warehouse, and supply chain to guarantee timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track sales performance, inventory aging, and other key performance indicators (KPIs). Generate regular reports with actionable insights and propose strategies to boost sales, visibility, and operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience: 1–3 years in E-commerce or Quick Commerce, handling platforms like Blinkit, Zepto, or Swiggy Instamart.
