*Responsibilities:* 
- Perform and interpret diagnostic imaging studies including X -ray, Ultrasound (USG), CT, and MRI across various anatomical regions and clinical indications. 
- Generate comprehensive, accurate, and timely radiology reports with clear clinical correlation and recommendations. 
- Collaborate closely with physicians, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to provide expert imaging insights for diagnosis and treatment planning. 
- Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions, tumor boards, and emergency imaging consultations as required. 
- Ensure adherence to radiation safety protocols, quality assurance standards, and regulatory compliance (including AEC, ALARA principles). 
- Maintain up -to -date knowledge of emerging imaging techniques, clinical guidelines, and technological advancements. 
- Supervise and mentor junior radiology staff, residents, and medical students when applicable. 
- Contribute to departmental audits, performance improvement initiatives, and continuous quality enhancement programs. 
- Manage high -volume imaging workloads efficiently while maintaining diagnostic accuracy and patient safety.

*Requirements:* 
- MBBS degree with a recognized postgraduate qualification in Radiodiagnosis (D.M. or DNB in Radiology) or equivalent. 
- Minimum of 4–5 years of hands -on clinical experience in a hospital or diagnostic imaging center. 
- Proficiency in interpreting X -ray, Ultrasound (USG), CT, and MRI scans across all body systems (neuro, musculoskeletal, abdominal, thoracic, cardiovascular, etc.). 
- Demonstrated ability to work in fast -paced clinical environments with attention to detail and precision. 
- Strong understanding of radiation safety, image optimization, and quality control standards. 
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain findings clearly to clinicians and patients. 
- Familiarity with PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication Systems) and RIS (Radiology Information Systems). 
- Valid registration with the Medical Council of India (or equivalent) and any additional state -specific medical licenses required. 
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and on -call duties as per departmental needs.
