Qualification
• Diploma or Degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering
• Candidates with at least 1 year of experience in the electronics or electrical industry will be preferred
Experience
• 1+ years of hands -on experience in electronics testing, debugging, assembly, or related field preferred
• Freshers with strong practical skills may also apply
Key Responsibilities
• Perform testing and validation of production and prototype batches
• Monitor device performance and maintain test records
• Diagnose and debug hardware -related issues
• Support R&D engineers during product development and validation
• Perform PCB soldering and rework activities, especially QFN package ICs and other SMD components
• Handle lab equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, power supplies, and testing tools
• Maintain proper documentation of test results, observations, and reports
• Assist in maintaining lab inventory, tools, and equipment
• Follow quality, safety, and process guidelines within the lab environment
Required Skills
• Strong hands -on experience in soldering and PCB rework
• Good understanding of electronic components and circuits
• Basic knowledge of electrical and electronics troubleshooting
• Familiarity with MS Office tools such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Good communication and English speaking skills
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn
Preferred Skills
• Experience working with embedded hardware or electronics R&D projects
• Knowledge of SMT assembly and handling fine -pitch components
• Familiarity with test procedures and reporting methods
