As a Ratings Manager, you will be responsible for managing the rating process and ensuring that all ratings are accurate and timely. Your role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders, including clients and candidates, to gather rating information and provide valuable insights. You will also be responsible for conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to improve the rating process.

Candidate Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team
Good knowledge of the Staffing and Recruiting industry
