Job Description - RCM Customer Service Agent

Work Location - Pune (Work from office)

As a Customer Service Representative, you will respond to incoming calls, follow up through emails from our everyday users - patients. 
You will use creative problem-solving skills in a fast-paced call center environment and provide excellent customer service to ensure our providers utilize our platform effectively.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Strong customer service skills; answering patient calls; prompt return and follow up to all interactions; prompt response to requests for information, both internally and externally.
  • Interact with patients via Live Calls to help troubleshoot and resolve complex billing related issues.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing fast and accurate responses on calls.
  • Be a champion of change management with both internal and external customers.
  • Document and manage customer interactions in Veradigm CRM system.
  • Able to rapidly learn new software to deliver customer satisfaction.
  • Able to work effectively under the stressful conditions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Identify trends and offer feedback to improve systems and processes to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement with our platform.
