 Coding as per design specifications & standards

 Come up with / Design a new look and feel for Web Page and Win Form

 Documentation of related work

 Take part with Tech Lead in Designing the Module

 Guiding Junior Programmer(s) on the technology

 Preparation of Test Case Specification
