React Native Lead Mobile Applications (Android & iOS)

We are looking for a hands -on React Native Lead to own the end -to -end development of enterprise -grade mobile applications used in Field Service and Point of Sale environments. This role blends technical leadership with deep coding responsibility, working closely with Product, Backend, QA, and Design teams in an Agile setup.

You will architect, build, review, and scale mobile applications while mentoring engineers and ensuring high standards of performance, quality, and security.

What You’ll Own

• Lead design, architecture, and development of React Native mobile apps for Android and iOS
  

• Remain hands -on, contributing to complex features and core frameworks
  

• Define and enforce coding standards, performance optimization, and best practices
  

• Conduct code reviews, mentor engineers, and uplift overall team quality
  

• Partner with Product, Backend, QA, and UX to deliver reliable, scalable features
  

• Own application stability, performance, and production issue resolution
  

• Identify technical risks early and proactively drive solutions
  

• Document architecture and design in a way that is clear to engineers and business stakeholders
  

• Follow and strengthen SDLC, Agile, and quality processes
  

• Act as a trusted technical go -to for mobile development
  

Requirements

• 10+ years of overall software development experience
  

• 6+ years of hands -on React Native development
  

• 4+ years in a technical lead / lead engineer role
  

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript
  

• Proven experience building and maintaining Android & iOS applications
  

• Strong understanding of mobile architecture patterns and performance tuning
  

• Experience integrating with REST APIs and handling async data flows
  

• Proficiency with Git and modern version control workflows
  

• Comfortable working in Agile / Scrum environments
  

• Strong troubleshooting and problem -solving skills
  

• Ability to clearly document designs, flows, and technical decisions
