Job Description - Real Estate Expert

About the role

TalkingLands is a real estate data platform. We're looking for a Real Estate Expert to run our on -ground operations in Bangalore — managing broker and channel -partner networks, leading field data collection, and advising on property matters. You'll be the bridge between the market and our data teams.

Experience: Prior experience as a broker or at a real estate firm (required)

Location: Bangalore (on -site / field)

What you'll do

Manage and coordinate broker networks — onboard, maintain relationships, and keep the network active and productive.
Lead field operations to collect accurate, on -ground property and market data.
Provide property consultations to clients and internal teams.
Manage and guide data teams, ensuring the data we capture is complete, clean, and reliable.
Coordinate with channel partners to drive collaboration and deal flow.
Research complex real estate topics — market trends, legal and regulatory matters, valuations — and provide clear inputs to the team.

What we're looking for

Prior experience working as a broker or at a real estate firm (must -have).
Strong knowledge of the Bangalore real estate market.
Familiarity with real estate legal terms and regulations.
Fluency in Kannada (must -have), plus strong communication skills.
Comfortable working in the field and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
Ability to manage a team.
