About the Opportunity
- Seeking a passionate and experienced Faculty member to deliver high-quality, industry-relevant learning experiences to students. The ideal candidate will be a true domain expert capable of teaching, mentoring learners, contributing to curriculum design, and representing developer at academic and industry forums.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver 9 to 18 hours of teaching and activity-based sessions per week, ensuring engaging and outcome-driven learning experiences.
- Coordinate closely with fellow faculty members and visiting industry experts on the planning and delivery of the curriculum.
- Identify and resolve academic and learning issues faced by enrolled students or learners in a timely manner.
- Guide and mentor learners to support their overall growth, development, and career readiness.
- Assist the Head of Academics or Academic Director in developing curriculum for new and upcoming courses.
- Actively participate in, and where required lead, academic events, seminars, workshops, and conferences.
- Stay current with industry trends and continuously bring real-world, practical insights into the classroom.

Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- Minimum 4 to 7 years of relevant industry experience in the relevant domain.
- Demonstrated subject-matter expertise with the ability to translate real-world experience into effective, structured teaching.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and mentoring skills, with the ability to engage and inspire learners.
- A collaborative mindset to work with fellow faculty, visiting experts, and academic leadership.

Preferred
- Prior teaching, training, or mentoring experience will be an added advantage, though not mandatory.
