Looking for Real Estate Developer Project Manager for Kolkata Location with 20+ Years of experience having G+30 building construction working experience. Responsibilities
Oversee and manage all phases of real estate development projects from inception to completion.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment with goals.
Develop and monitor project budgets, schedules, and quality standards.
Conduct site assessments, feasibility studies, and due diligence activities.
Obtain necessary permits and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members.
Manage risk assessment and mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
Track project progress and prepare regular status reports for senior management.
Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project.
Ensure successful project delivery within specified time frames and budget constraints. Qualifications
