The RealEstate Sales role is a vital position within our organizationresponsible for driving property sales and revenue growth throughexceptional customer service and strategic sales techniques. Thisrole will play a key part in identifying sales opportunitiesbuilding and maintaining client relationships and contributing tothe overall success of our real estatebusiness.
KeyResponsibilities:
- Conduct marketresearch and analysis to identify potential leads and markettrends
- Actively seek out new salesopportunities through cold calling networking and socialmedia
- Show properties to potential buyers andassist them in making informeddecisions
- Negotiate and close sales ensuringfavorable terms and pricing for both the buyer andseller
- Provide guidance and support to clientsthroughout the entire sales process
- Collaboratewith the marketing team to develop strategies for increasingproperty exposure and driving sales
- Attendproperty viewings inspections andappraisals
- Stay updated on real estate lawsregulations and best practices
- Build andmaintain a network of professional connections within the realestate industry
- Prepare and present salescontracts purchase agreements and other relevant documents toclients
RequiredQualifications:
- Bachelor s degree inReal Estate Business or related field
- RealEstate Sales License
- Proven track record ofsuccessful sales achievements
- Strongunderstanding of local real estate market trends and propertyvalues
- Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills
- Ability to workindependently and as part of a team
- Proficientin using CRM software and other salestools
- Attention to detail and strongorganizational skills
- Knowledge of contract lawand real estate transactions
