We are seeking a results-driven Senior Sales Executive with a strong background in consultative sales and customer relationship management. This role is ideal for professionals who excel at identifying customer needs, presenting tailored solutions, and driving sales from lead generation through successful closure. In addition to achieving individual sales targets, you will provide guidance to junior sales team members, contribute to team performance, and help build a customer-centric sales culture.

Working closely with internal stakeholders and prospective customers, you will play a key role in expanding the sales pipeline, maintaining long-term client relationships, and delivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate, qualify, and convert high-quality sales leads into successful business opportunities.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend solutions that align with their needs and preferences.
• Manage the complete sales lifecycle, including prospecting, follow-ups, negotiations, and deal closure.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Achieve and consistently exceed individual sales targets while maintaining high service standards.
• Mentor and guide junior Sales Executives by supporting follow-ups, sales discipline, and performance improvement.
• Maintain accurate sales records, CRM updates, and performance reports.
• Prepare presentations, proposals, and sales documentation for prospective customers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer journey from inquiry to closure.
• Identify market opportunities, customer trends, and competitive insights to improve sales effectiveness.
• Support onboarding and knowledge sharing initiatives for new sales team members.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 4–7 years of experience in consultative sales with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Experience in industries such as automobiles, hospitality, luxury retail, banking, insurance, real estate, or other customer-focused sales environments is preferred.
• Prior experience leading, mentoring, or supervising a small sales team.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Customer-first mindset with the ability to understand requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including creating professional presentations using PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales pipeline management tools; willingness to learn new technologies.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the assigned region when required.
