We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Telecaller to support business growth by connecting with prospective customers through outbound cold calling. This role is ideal for individuals who are confident communicators, enjoy interacting with people, and are eager to build a career in the real estate industry.

As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, generating qualified leads, scheduling site visits, and maintaining regular follow-ups to support the sales team. You will play a key role in creating positive first impressions, understanding customer requirements, and ensuring a seamless lead generation process. Freshers with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to prospective customers and introduce real estate projects and offerings.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments or site visits for the sales team.
• Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information about available properties and projects.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers to nurture leads and increase conversions.
• Update customer information, call outcomes, and lead status in CRM or internal systems.
• Coordinate with sales teams to ensure timely follow-up on qualified leads.
• Handle customer queries professionally and escalate complex concerns when required.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and communication during every interaction.
• Stay informed about project details, pricing, and promotional campaigns to effectively communicate with customers.
