Job Description - Reception Administration

Job Title :- Receptionist & Administrator

Job Overview: We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer service-oriented receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, the receptionist plays a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and creating a positive impression for our visitors, clients, and employees.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures).
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
  • Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock.
  • Update calendars and schedule meetings.
  • Arrange travel and accommodations, and prepare vouchers.

Requirements and Skills : -

  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Customer service attitude
  • Positive and passionate towards the work.

Location :- Ahmedabad, Gujarat
