Reception Duties:
Attend and manage front desk – greet visitors, handle phone calls and emails professionally
Manage incoming and outgoing couriers and posts
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Assist visitors with basic inquiries and direct them to the concerned departments
Administrative Support:
Arrange laptops/mobile phones for new employees – coordinate with service providers
Maintain records of laptop allocation and CUG connections
Keep records of employee attendance – monitor and escalate irregularities
Maintain staff contact list and company asset list
Organize meetings, office events and other logistics as required
Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, maintenance, and service calls
Assist HR and accounts teams with document collection, printing, filing, etc.
Coordination Tasks:
Liaison between internal teams and external vendors for administrative needs
Ensure office utilities (internet, phone lines, pantry, etc.) are functioning smoothly
Exp : 1-3 years
Good English communication skills – written and verbal
Good computer skills – MS Office, email, Google Sheets
Well-organized, proactive and good at multitasking
Prior experience in admin/reception roles is an advantage
