Job Description - Receptionist

Front Desk Management: Greet, welcome, and direct visitors/clients upon arrival.

Communication: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while providing basic information.

Administrative Support: Maintain files, records, and schedules; assist with photocopying, scanning, and faxing.

Office Organization: Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable.

Mail Handling: Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.

Security: Monitor visitor logbooks, issue visitor badges, and follow safety procedures.

Supply Management: Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.

Requirements

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication.

Professionalism: Maintains a professional, courteous, and friendly demeanor.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with office equipment (printers, multi -line phones).

Organization: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Experience: Prior experience as a receptionist, front desk officer, or in a related administrative role is often required.
