ob Title: Production Helper

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in production operations and manufacturing processes
  

• Perform burr cleaning and finishing work on components
  

• Support machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting
  

• Handle materials and maintain cleanliness in the work area
  

• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures
  

• Assist supervisors and machine operators as required
  

Requirements:

• Basic education (8th / 10th / 12th pass preferred)
  

• Willingness to work in shifts
  

• Physically fit and ready to work in an industrial environment
  

• Prior experience in production or factory work is an advantage (not mandatory)
  

Salary:

• Up to ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
