As a senior professional in the Finance & Accounting (FnA) domain, this role is responsible for owning and driving end-to-end Record to Report (R2R) operations while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence. You will act as a key point of coordination between internal teams, upstream and downstream stakeholders, and clients, handling complex accounting processes and escalations with confidence. The position demands strong domain expertise, clear communication, and the ability to manage daily operations effectively within a structured, deadline-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage end-to-end R2R activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, close, and reporting
• Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end close processes
• Handle client escalations professionally and drive resolution through structured analysis and collaboration
• Communicate effectively with upstream and downstream partners to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
• Monitor accounting processes to ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements
• Identify process gaps and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and dependencies
• Support audit requirements and provide necessary documentation and explanations

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 10+ years of overall experience in the Finance & Accounting domain
• Strong understanding of end-to-end Record to Report (R2R) processes
• Proven experience handling client escalations and stakeholder expectations
• Ability to communicate clearly with multiple partners across functions and geographies
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems, preferably Oracle or similar platforms
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and operate in a fast-paced environment
• Professional approach with a problem-solving and ownership-driven attitude
