Job Description - Records Management Sr Analyst - AVP
The Records Management Sr. Analyst will work on Data Retention and Information Management (DRIM) initiatives to support the enterprise Records Management Policy and Standards. This individual will work with stakeholders across the enterprise to support activities that are compliant with the Records Management Policies, Standards, and Procedures and the applicable laws, rules and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
Manage end to end submission and review process for Records and Information impacted by litigation matter ensuring accurate documentation and maintenance of trackers and audit trails for this critical function.
Engage with stakeholders across lines of Businesses and Functions to provide guidance and support on Records Management policy and standards including identification of Records required for Legal and other Record Holds processes
Interface with the Global teams such as Independent Compliance Risk Management (ICRM), Resource & Location Strategy (RLS) team, Technology, Legal, General Archiving etc. to deliver on the requirements against the DRIM plans
Facilitate day to day activities to support implementation of the DRIM key initiatives
Provide support to the established Records Management Standards and network of Country/Regional and Sector Records Management Program Lead work groups to ensure continuous focus on meeting and exceeding Records Management Standards
Keep track of any CAPs and Projects on a periodic basis to ensure adherence to plans and policy requirements. Communicate with Manager to avoid last minute surprises
Support documentation of Records Management procedures. Collate and maintain all records/proof for the respective deliverables
Coordinate with the regional/local teams to facilitate management responses during the review cycle
Support activities to prepare reports and updates to Senior stakeholders
Qualifications:
5-8 years of relevant experience in Program Governance, Risk & control and compliance functions
Experience in Records, Data and Information Management space highly preferred
Strong project management skills
Ability to communicate effectively
Ability to problem solve
Risk-based thinking and analytical mindset
Ability to build rapport and work closely with stakeholders
Proficient in the use of basic Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Education:
Bachelor's/University degree, or equivalent experience
