Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job specifications.
• Source candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events.
• Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' fit for specific roles.
• Manage the candidate experience by maintaining clear communication throughout the recruitment process.
• Track and report on recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the hiring process.

• Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably in the technology or innovation sector.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and employment regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and team members.
• Ability to assess candidates’ skills and cultural fit effectively.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Proficiency in using social media and professional networks for recruitment purposes.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple job openings simultaneously.
