Job Description - Recruiter

Job Summary:

Seeking
a Recruiter to manage end -to -end hiring for technical and non -technical roles
at PlaySimple Games. The role includes partnering with hiring managers,
developing sourcing strategies, building strong talent pipelines, coordinating
interviews, maintaining ATS data accuracy, and ensuring an excellent candidate
experience. The recruiter will also drive campus hiring initiatives and support
data -driven recruitment efforts to meet organisational hiring goals in a
fast -paced environment.



Requirements

 Responsibilities:

  • Create recruiting strategies to present to peers,
    hiring managers, and leadership

  • Develop strong relationships with hiring managers
    and key internal stakeholders

  • Work closely with other Recruiters to develop and
    run effective sourcing strategies geared toward attracting top -tier technical
    talent

  • Create and maintain a strong pipeline of passive
    talent for all business units in a high metrics -driven organization

  • Schedule and manage in -person, zoom virtual
    interviews, presentations, and other internal meetings and interactions

  • Updating candidate status and job postings in
    recruiting systems and maintaining data integrity with the Applicant Tracking
    System (ATS)

  • Tracking recruiting activities, timely responses
    to scheduling requests, emails, and any related correspondences

  • Effectively managing the university recruitment
    process

  • Develops and executes university recruiting
    strategies leveraging analytics, rapid experimentation, and owns outcomes for
    business or functional focus areas.



Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or Master's
    in Business Administration


Requirements:

  • 3 -6 years prior experience working on Product and
    Business Analyst roles at all levels.

  • Experience partnering with senior -level managers,
    interviewers, and team members throughout the hiring process

  • Strong business acumen and in -depth knowledge of
    the consumer tech talent market

  • Proven experience with innovative sourcing
    methods

  • Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking
    systems, and candidate management systems

  • Hands -on experience with various selection
    processes like phone interviews and reference checks

  • High energy to coordinate and execute interviews,
    candidate coordination without frustration
