Responsibilities:
- Source, identify, and attract qualified ITES/BPO candidates for lateral and experienced positions
- Utilize a variety of sourcing methodologies to find top talent
- Build strong relationships with potential candidates
- Manage the recruitment process from initial contact to offer
- Maintain accurate records and reports
Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in BPO recruitment (lateral/experienced)
- Strong domain knowledge of the ITES vertical
- Expertise in sourcing methodologies (e.g., Boolean search, social media recruiting)
- Target-driven and results-oriented
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- A laptop or desktop with a reliable internet connection

RequirementsProfile of a desirable candidate Apply only if done blue collar hiring, sales hiring, ITI Hiring, E-commerce hiring, Facility management hiring · Excellent interpersonal organizational, presentation, and communication skills. · Should have the ability to deliver results in fast-paced & metrics driven environment. · Ability to effectively analyze the client’s needs and work in a partnership to achieve common goals · Minimum 5+years in recruitment/client management/key account management/P&L role. · Dynamic, proactive and competent · Should have Experience in Team Handling. TL should have exp in - Warehousing, Delivery Bikers, Gen Duty, Housekeeping, Security Guards, Sales ( Retail and Distributor )
