Hiring: Recruiter / Senior Recruiter / Recruitment Manager

About the Role
We are looking for experienced recruitment professionals with a strong background in hiring
for technical and engineering industries. The ideal candidate should have recruitment
experience in at least two of the following sectors:
● EPC
● Infrastructure
● Oil & Gas
● Marine & Shipbuilding

Key Responsibilities
● Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and engineering positions.
● Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, and employee referrals.
● Screen and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.
● Coordinate interviews and maintain effective communication with both clients and candidates.
● Negotiate offers and support candidates through the hiring process.
● Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified technical talent.

Requirements
● Proven experience in technical or engineering recruitment.
● Hands-on hiring experience across at least two of the listed industries.
● Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills.
● Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
