About the Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated US Recruiter to join our team. This is an entry -level position, ideal for individuals looking to start or grow their career in recruitment and talent acquisition. As a US Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates to support hiring requirements for our US -based clients. You will receive training, mentorship, and the opportunity to build hands -on experience in full -cycle recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and identify potential candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  

• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments (phone/online interviews).
  

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and clients.
  

• Maintain candidate pipelines for current and future job openings.
  

• Build strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
  

• Understand client requirements and deliver suitable profiles within set timelines.
  

• Track and update recruitment activities using ATS (Applicant Tracking System) or internal databases.
  

• Stay updated with US job market trends, employment laws, and recruitment best practices.
  

Requirements

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred, not mandatory).
  

• 0–2 years of experience in recruitment (experience with US IT/Non -IT staffing is an advantage, but freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).
  

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  

• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  

• Ability to work in a fast -paced, target -driven environment.
  

• Basic knowledge of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) is a plus.
  

• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) preferred.
