General Information

This position is responsible for recruiting candidates for open position at the Schaeffler R&D Bengaluru location.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Attract potential employees and contribute to screening interviews, obtain and file references.


• Administer appropriate standardized tests to recruit and prepare documentation appropriate to the recruitment process and engagement of new employees.


• Assist with the coordination with external recruitment agencies and job boards to source candidates.


• Maintain and update recruitment tracking systems and generate related reports.


• Ensure proper on-boarding and all related administrative measures.


• Execute or coordinate all day-to-day talent acquisition administrative tasks.


• Process all individually assigned tasks and check progress of agreed transactions.

• Support in the recruitment process and screen applications.


• Coordinate assessment programs, schedule interviews and select appropriate candidates.


• Support line management in selecting candidates, ensure proper on-boarding and all related administrative measures.


• Coordinate and execute recruitment activities and support management or Recruiting Professionals.

Your Qualifications

• Any Graduate Degree preferably in Business Administration, HR or Social Sciences


• 5 to 10 years’ experience in Recruiting


• Administration, HR Competencies


• Good MS Office skills.


• Handson Experience in Recruiting tools like SuccessFactors, LinkedIn Recruiter and Naukri
