• Recruit & onboard Life Advisors / Financial Consultants
  




• Train advisors on products, sales & customer needs
  




• Drive sales through advisor activation & joint field work
  




• Monitor productivity, motivate advisors & achieve targets
  




• Develop advisors for long\-term career growth
  

Preferred:

• Experience in Life Insurance / Sales / BFSI
  




• Strong communication & team management skills
