Job Description - Recruitment and Development Manager

*Recruitment Calls

*Sales Calls

*Making advisor independent.

*Communicate targets, incentive systems, policies and career growth aspects.

*Advisor Engagement: Monitoring advisors, goal setting / engagement in getting them to achieve power club Advisor selection

*Recruitment of Team of Financial Consultants, who has to pitch more appropriate products according to customer needs & requirements.

*Train & develop team of Life Insurance advisors.

*Motivating Advisors.

*Train the team and guide them on the product knowledge.

*Undertake joint field work with agents.

*Activate agents on a monthly basis.

*Ensure Active Advisor productivity.

*Understand, Monitor & Developed the Agents and ensure that they meet the Career Progression.

*Managing the team of agent advisors for the life insurance business.

*Demonstrate successful sales skills.

*Undertake joint field work with agents.
