We are seeking a Recruitment Assistant to join our supportive and collaborative Human Resources team. The role provides specialist recruitment support to the Talent Specialist and wider HR team, particularly across the following areas:

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate communication, and general recruitment administration to ensure a smooth end-to-end process
  • Support talent sourcing efforts by identifying potential candidates via LinkedIn and job boards
  • Conduct initial screening calls and virtual interviews to assess candidate suitability and alignment with role requirements
  • This is a hybrid role, working 3 days per week in our Pune office.
  • 3 - 4 years’ experience in recruitment coordination or a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively
  • Proficiency in using relevant software applications, such as Microsoft Office
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and candidates
