As a Recruitment Associate, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, engaging, and onboarding top talent for a dynamic organization. You will manage the full hiring lifecycle, from crafting compelling job advertisements to conducting initial screenings and coordinating interview schedules with hiring managers. Your strong communication skills will enable you to build lasting relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders, ensuring a positive candidate experience and strategic alignment with business needs. You will also maintain talent pipelines, leverage social media and professional networks, and contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes to support organizational growth.

• Develop and post job listings across multiple platforms.

• Screen resumes and conduct preliminary candidate interviews.

• Coordinate interview logistics and follow-up with hiring teams.

• Maintain accurate records in applicant tracking systems.

• Conduct reference and background checks.

• Negotiate offers and assist with onboarding.

• Build and nurture talent pools for future hiring needs.

• Collaborate with department heads to refine role specifications.

• Analyze recruitment metrics and prepare performance reports.

• Stay updated on industry trends and employer branding best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• 1+ year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and MS Office.

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• Experience with social media recruiting and employer branding.
