The primary focus of this role will be Law Firm recruitment, at mid-senior levels, for pan-India region. This role will include sourcing, screening, assessing, shortlisting and sharing of candidate profiles with clients. This will include interview coordination, offer negotiation as well. Adhering to timelines in terms of response to clients and maintain/ set clear and reasonable client expectation.
You will also be required to network and meet with professionals (both candidates and clients). You will be helping in building the Law Firm database for Vahura and will need to engage with mid - senior level candidates in this space. This role also involves managing a team.
Key Responsibilities: âUnderstanding on the resourcing needs of our clients. âIdentifying and engaging with suitable candidates via cold calling, networking, referrals, headhunting and advertising. âPresenting the opportunity to the candidate and analysing/assessing the candidateâs credentials for the position. âDeveloping and managing direct reportee(s) with a special focus on achieving annual self and team targets. âManaging the recruitment process with our clients including recommending suitable candidates, interview feedback and offer negotiation. âReading up on latest industry trends and providing market intelligence to our clients. âNetworking with clients and candidates to nurture and build relationships. âConducting market research initiatives to improve insight into the nuances of a specific industry and identify the right internal market strategy. âSourcing and hunting new business with existing clients by doing consistent engagement with various decision makers and stakeholders.
Requirement: âStrong written and spoken English ability. â Curious by nature; interest in business and industry trends. â At least 2-4 years of relevant HR/Recruitment experience in a corporate or consulting environment or combination of corporate and retained executive search, boutique search firm and/or agency experience would be attractive. â Natural phone conversationalist with confidence to interact with people at all levels. â Experience in a research role will be an advantage. â Quick learner with critical and independent thinking skills. â Self-reliant and confident, with high integrity and keen attention to detail. â Ability to build and maintain professional relationships. â Skilled in MS Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
