opportunities. We are looking for a smart and driven candidate with 2 - 4 years of
experience.
❏ The primary focus of this role will be in-house recruitment, for pan- India
region. This role will include sourcing, screening, assessing, shortlisting and
sharing of candidate profiles with clients. This will include interview coordination
and offer negotiation as well. Adhering to timelines in terms of response to clients
and maintain/ set clear and reasonable client expectations.
❏ You will also be required to network and meet with professionals (both candidates
and clients). You will be helping in building the in-house database
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
❏Understanding and advising on the resourcing needs of our clients
❏Identifying suitable candidates via networking, referrals, headhunting and advertising
❏Researching and building a talent pool for future/ upcoming hiring projects
❏Discussing the opportunity with the candidates and analyzing/assessing the
candidates’ credentials for the position
❏Working cross-functionally with other teams at Vahura
❏Managing the recruitment process with our clients, including recommending suitable
candidates, providing interview feedback and negotiating offers
❏Reading up on the latest industry trends and providing market intelligence to our clients
❏Networking with clients and candidates to nurture and build relationships
Experience, Knowledge & Skills:
❏Excellent written and spoken English ability
❏University-level education in a relevant area of study. A legal, management or HR related
qualification is highly desirable
❏Curious by nature; interest in business and industry trends
❏Excellent written and spoken English ability
❏At least 2 years of relevant HR/Recruitment experience in a corporate or consulting
environment, or a combination of corporate and retained executive search, boutique
search firm and/or agency experience would be preferable.
