Recruitment Consultant - BPO/ITES/Finance - NCR (Remote)

About the Role:

We are seeking a driven and resourceful Recruiter - BPO/IT Enabled Services/Finance to join our growing team! In this role, you will play a pivotal role in our talent acquisition process, identifying and attracting top talent for our BPO, ITES and Finance positions. You will be responsible for the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and keeping all stakeholders informed.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand their specific requirements and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
• Proactively source qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews to assess candidate skills and experience.
• Schedule interviews with hiring managers and coordinate interview logistics.
• Maintain accurate candidate profiles and data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process, keeping them informed of interview results and next steps.
• Manage offers and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for successful candidates.
• Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in BPO/ITES/Finance recruitment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in BPO/ITES/Finance recruitment (or similar volume hiring role).
• Strong understanding of the BPO, ITES and Finance industry, including experience in contractual hiring / staffing (preferred).
• Excellent sourcing and screening skills.
• Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
