Position: Recruitment consultant / Research Associate

Role : Looking for a passionate recruitment professional.

Reporting – Senior Search Partner

Location – Work from Home

Responsibilities -

• Sourcing – Mapping -through social networking sites (LinkedIn), Internet Sourcing, Networking, head hunting and referencing.
• Ability to network and also source on the basis of mandates received from clients through various platforms.
• Should be able to handhold candidates during the interview process and on boarding.
• Should have the skills and ability to sell the job opportunity to the potential candidates.

Experience required (must) –

• Graduate & MBA preferably with minimum of 3 years’ experience.
• Experience in handling senior Leadership positions in manufacturing domain would be an added advantage.
• Should have a positive attitude a go getter NEVER give up attitude.
• Should be a self-starter.
