Job Description - Recruitment Coordinator

• Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.

• Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth integration into the company.

• Maintain employee records and ensure all HR documentation is up to date.

• Assist in the implementation and management of HR policies and procedures.

• Coordinate with department managers to identify staffing needs and manage the recruitment pipeline.

• Assist in organising employee engagement activities and events.

• Provide support in handling employee inquiries and resolving HR-related issues.

• Generate daily reports of calls and interviews, ensuring data accuracy and timely submissions.

• Utilize HR software and tools for efficient HR management; experience with Zoho Recruit is a plus.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 3-6 months of experience in an HR role, preferably in a tech or related industry.

• Familiarity with HR practices, policies, and procedures.

• Basic understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.

• Knowledge of Zoho Recruit is highly desirable.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.

• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in the HR field.
