Role Description

This is a full-time Recruitment & HR Specialist role in Chennai. As a Recruitment and HR Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing staffing strategies, identifying qualified candidates, managing the hiring process, and providing HR support. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, collaborating with managers across the organization and developing relationships with external candidates.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in Recruitment and HR management, focusing on driving business results and developing innovative talent strategies
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders and candidates
  • Experience in recruiting and staffing for a range of positions, including technical and non-technical roles
  • Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume hiring and support a diverse and inclusive workforce
  • Experience with HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Be a self starter with minimum supervision
