As an HR Intern, you will assist with a range of responsibilities that contribute to our people-centered approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the recruitment process by posting job openings and screening applications.
• Coordinate interviews and assist in the selection process.
• Help with the onboarding process for new employees, including preparation of onboarding materials.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Participate in organizing employee engagement and training programs.
• Assist in conducting surveys and collecting employee feedback.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong desire to build a career in Human Resources.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
