Assistant Manager – Customer Experience and MIS.

• Customer Experience:

1. Manage client visits end to end.
2. Arrange for all client logistics (assist with visa, hotel reservations, airport/ground transfers, meals arrangement etc.
3. Drafting of client agenda by working closely with leadership teams.
4. Work with internal teams for meeting rooms reservation, organizing staff engagement events etc.

• MIS:

1. Collating, preparing and uploading of monthly incentives of ~240 FTEs and ensure it is within bell curve and budget.
2. Reconciliation of headcount by ensuring correct tagging of FTEs in Payroll system
3. Onboarding and off-boarding of staff
4. Maintain machine inventorySkills
5. Excellent in MS Office suite
