Role Summary
A reputed Residential / Boarding School in Nainital is
looking for dynamic and result -oriented Regional Admissions & Field Sales
Executives to drive student admissions and strengthen the school's presence
across assigned territories.
The role involves extensive fieldwork, relationship
building, parent counseling, school visits, and admission conversion
activities. Candidates should be local to their respective regions (Kanpur,
Moradabad, or Delhi NCR) and willing to travel frequently within their assigned
territory and to nearby locations as required.
This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with
experience in admissions, education sales, field sales, insurance sales, or
business development who enjoy interacting with people and achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate
student admissions through field marketing and direct outreach activities.
- Visit
schools, coaching institutes, educational consultants, and referral
partners within the assigned territory.
- Conduct
presentations, seminars, counseling sessions, and promotional activities
to increase awareness about the school's academic and boarding programs.
- Meet
parents and prospective students to explain the school's curriculum,
facilities, residential environment, and admission process.
- Develop
and maintain strong relationships with educational consultants, feeder
schools, and local influencers.
- Follow
up on inquiries and convert prospective leads into confirmed admissions.
- Organize
local admission drives, events, and networking initiatives.
- Maintain
accurate records of visits, inquiries, counseling sessions, and admission
conversions.
- Achieve
monthly and annual admission targets.
- Submit
Daily Activity Reports (DAR), market feedback, and competitor intelligence
reports.
- Coordinate
with admissions, marketing, and academic teams to ensure a seamless
admission process.
Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate
or Postgraduate in any discipline.
- 2–5
years of experience in Admissions, Education Sales, Field Sales, Business
Development, Marketing, or Life Insurance Sales.
- Excellent
communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong
presentation, counseling, and persuasion abilities.
- Good
networking and relationship -building skills.
- Proficiency
in MS Office, Excel, email communication, and CRM tools.
- Ability
to work independently and manage territory -based sales activities.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Must
be a local resident of Kanpur, Moradabad, or Delhi NCR.
- Willing
to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Comfortable
with field -based admission and business development activities.
- Strong
target orientation and result -driven approach.
- Experience
in boarding school admissions or educational counseling will be an added
advantage.
- Immediate
joiners preferred.
