Qualification- B.E./B.Tech in EE/EEE/ME/ECE (MBA in Marketing preferred)

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated
Regional Sales Engineer to support the regional sales team by coordinating all
cable-related activities from enquiry generation to payment realization. The
role will act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all cable business
within the assigned region and ensure seamless coordination between customers.

Key
Responsibilities

• Act as the single point of contact
for all cable-related activities in the assigned region.

• Coordinate with the regional sales
team for business development, customer enquiries, technical discussions and
commercial requirements.

• Follow up with customers for
quotations, technical clarifications, negotiations, order finalization,
manufacturing and dispatch clearance, progress report, timely delivery,
documentation, payments.

• Coordinate customer approvals and
vendor registrations.

• Maintain enquiry status, order
pipeline, project updates and submit periodic MIS reports.

• Identify potential customers,
upcoming projects and support business development activities in coordination
with the regional sales team and Head Office.

Skills
Required

• Strong technical knowledge of
Cables.

• Excellent communication,
coordination and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to understand customer
specifications and provide suitable cable solutions.

• Good techno-commercial
understanding of project execution and customer requirements.

• Knowledge of MS Office, CRM and
documentation systems.

• Strong follow-up and coordination
skills with internal departments and customers.

• Willingness to travel extensively
within the assigned region.

Preferred
Knowledge

• Industrial cable applications
across Power, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Cement, Steel, Defence, Nuclear,
Railways, Process Industries, EPC and Infrastructure sectors.

• National and International
Standards including IS, IEC, BS, ASTM and customer specifications.

• Tendering, project execution,
vendor approvals, inspection procedures, logistics coordination and payment
follow-up.

• Customer relationship management
and project coordination.

Preferred
Industry

Candidates from the Cable Industry
having experience in sales coordination, project execution, technical support,
order management or business development of industrial and special cables will
be preferred. Experience in coordinating with EPC contractors, OEMs,
consultants and end users will be an added advantage.
