Key Responsibilities:
Regional Leadership:
• Develop and implement regional strategies to drive digital adoption in alignment with national goals.
• Set performance targets for the region and ensure alignment with the bank’s digital business objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and support Area Heads and their teams to achieve organizational goals.
Program Management:
• Oversee the planning and execution of digital adoption programs and campaigns across the region.
• Ensure effective resource deployment to maximize customer onboarding and digital product usage.
• Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making necessary adjustments for improvement.
Team Management:
• Manage a regional team, including Area Heads and their respective teams of Digital Banking Champions and Team Leaders.
• Foster a collaborative and high -performance culture within the regional team.
• Provide training, support, and development opportunities to enhance team capabilities.
Stakeholder Engagement:
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of digital adoption strategies.
• Maintain strong relationships with bank branches, area offices, and corporate headquarters.
• Represent the region in meetings and conferences, providing updates and insights on regional performance.
Performance Monitoring:
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to digital adoption within the region.
• Analyze data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and success stories.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Customer Focus:
• Champion a customer centric approach in all regional digital adoption activities.
• Address customer feedback and issues promptly to improve service quality.
• Innovate and implement solutions to enhance the customer experience with digital products.
Innovation and Continuous Improvement:
• Identify and implement new technologies and processes to enhance digital adoption in the region.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to ensure the region remains competitive.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
Financial Management:
• Prepare and manage the budget for Digital Banking Adoption Services within the region.
• Monitor expenditures to ensure they align with financial goals and constraints.
• Identify cost saving opportunities without compromising service quality.
Risk Management:
• Identify potential risks related to digital adoption and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure that all digital initiatives comply with data privacy and security regulations.
• Implement and enforce policies to safeguard customer information and bank assets.
