Job Description - Regional Hub/Inventory Manager

About the Team:
QR/Soundbox team is one of the biggest business and payments vertical in the organisation that is focused on merchant acquisition, merchant retention and growth of merchants in India.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Monitoring performance/activities of all the Hub locations under his span.
2. Monitor and improve Hub locations performance  in terms of productivity (Receiving and Issuing of  Stocks), managing return inventory from fields and ensure upkeep of general conditions and hygiene.
3. Keep regular Interaction with Hub Incharge and Sales team to solve their issues.
4. Ensuring stock availability at all the hubs. Report and monitor Ageing, Non and Slow moving and return stocks.  
5. Drive respective stakeholder to reduce inventory of Slow, non-moving and return stock.
6. Coordinate with the business SPOCs to ensure meeting of business targets and eliminate any kind of bottlenecks. 
7. Ensure all the hubs are meeting statutory compliance guidelines through frequent visits and audits.
8. Ensure all the expenses  like water, electricity etc. are timely cleared 
9. Ensure assets, appliances, furniture in Hubs are in good shape.
10. Connecting with local police/ administration in case of any administrative issues and resolving them at the earliest.
11. Publish balance score card for each Hub in accordance with Hub Operating guidelines and checklist.
